Heather Mendoza is a long time resident of Sonoma County with nearly a decade of professional real estate experience. 

A licensed sales agent since 2000, Heather began her career with Century 21 Alliance in Windsor, California where she specialized in residential sales.  In 2003, Heather joined Sonoma Pacific Real Estate where she continued to excel in sales and gained valuable experience in commercial and residential leasing.  During that time she also managed the Courtside Village Homeowner’s Association, consisting of newly constructed single family residences, condos and live/work units. 

In 2005, Heather obtained her broker’s license and was a member of Windermere Wine Country Properties.  Over the next 2 years, Heather played a crucial role as designated broker serving over 25 agents in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg.  When Windermere was obtained in 2007 by Eric Drew of Healdsburg Sotheby’s International Realty, Heather became part of the Sotheby’s organization and has been involved in their successful expansion efforts into Santa Rosa with the opening of Artisan Sotheby’s.
